The base of the house is treated lumber that will not rot or decay, it has an insulated floor covered with vinyl with removable carpet on top. House has 2" insulated walls covered with luanne and finished with a Marine Varnish Clearcoat. The exterior siding and trim are Cedar also finished with a high gloss Marine Varnish Clearcoat. House has a large access door on the front. The roof is made of a durable composite material that has a Knotty Pine Texture and is also finished with the Varnish Clearcoat. House has 2 heat modules located at the 2nd level. They use 100 watt infared bulbs to heat the area below and the top of the modules are also heated beds. Since heat rises the entire house is heated evenly. For that extra shot of heat for those really cold nights there is a 3rd 100 watt infared bulb recessed into the ceiling. All 3 bulbs are controlled by an adjustable thermostat located right inside the door. Houses has a 20 ft cord.
