 This house is for small to medium size dogs.The interior measures 30"x20"x23"h, the exterior is 35"x60"x45"h. The door opening measures 16"wx20"h.
The base is treated plywood with a 4" insulated floor covered with vinyl flooring. House has 4" insulated walls and an insulated attic. The interior walls are luanne finished with a Marine Varnish Clearcoat. The siding is stained Golden Oak and the trim is stained Dark Walnut. Both the siding and trim are finished with several coats of Marine varnish Clearcoat. The roof is covered with standard 3 tab black shingles. The window is thick plexi-glass with a frame constructed from treated lumber. The door opening is covered with a heavy duty vinyl flap.This house includes heat and porch light as described below.
YOU WILL NEED A PICKUP OR TRAILER TO PICK UP THIS HOUSE IT IS TOO TALL FOR MOST VANS. IT ALSO TAKES 2 PEOPLE WITH STRONG BACKS TO LOAD IT, WE SUPPLY ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE ON OUR END.

|  Porch (included)The door is set back 10 inches making a small porch so pooch can stick his head out on a rainy day and not get wet. Porch also has a light above that is connected to a photocell that turns the light on at night off at daylight.
| | |  HEAT (included)The heat comes from a longlife ceramic heat emitter that screws into a recessed light fixture in the ceiling. An adjustable thermostat is located just inside the door. heat emitter only come on when heat is needed. House has a 20ft cord.
