 This is a regular size heated house, measures 18"x18"x24"H on the outside and 13"x14"x13"H on the inside. The floor is vinyl with removable carpet on top. All interior surfaces are covered with carpet. The floor, walls and attic are insulated. The house is heated with an infared bulb installed in a recessed light fixture in the ceiling sO it is out of Kitty's way. There is an adjustable thermostat right inside the access door and a thermometer on the back wall. The bulb only comes on when heat is needed. The front of the house opens for easy access and cleaning. House has a square window and a commercial door made by Petsafe. The siding is stained Barn Red and the trim is stained Dark Walnut.This house now has the MARINE VARNISH CLEARCOAT OPTION. THIS HOUSE IS BUILT, FINISHED, BOXED AND READY TO SHIP NEXT BUSINESS DAY.
