This is a regular size heated cedar house, it measures 18"x18"x25"h on the outside and 13"x14"x13"h on the inside. All of the exterior siding and trim is cedar and the base is treated plywood. The interior is lined with Cedar also. The house is completely insulated and is heated with a 50 watt infared bulb installed in a recessed light fixture so it is out of Kitty's way. There is an adjustable thermostat located right inside the door where the temp can be adjusted. The bulb only comes on when heat is needed, there is also a thermometer mounted on an interior wall. The floor is vinyl with a piece of removable carpet on top. The front opens for easy access and cleaning. This house has a magnetic door that is unlocked by a key that is attached to the cat's collar. When the cat gets close to the door it automatically unlocks. There is also a spare key included. There is also a square window on the side of the house. A weatherproof outlet is mounted on the back of the house where a heated bowl can be plugged in which is also included, house has a 20 ft cord. Also included is a catnip pillow, a bottle of Bio Spot flea & tick killer and a bottle of catnip spray.
