Houses are very well insulated and have no carpeting on the inside so they are easy to keep clean. The floor is covered with vinyl and the walls are lined with Cedar which is a natural flea and insect repellant. The ceiling and roof have vents to allow the warm air to rise and escape while the cooler air lingers at the floor where Kitty is. The vent can be closed in the winter to keep the warm air in. The front opens for easy access and cleaning. These houses do not come with a window but you can add one.
