This is a large cedar (all season) house that measures 21"x21"x26"h on the outside and 16"x16"x13"h on the inside. We call it an all season house because it is designed to be as cool as possible in the summer and is still well insulated to be warm in the winter. . There is no carpet on the inside, the floor is vinyl and tha walls are cedar, a natural insect and flea repellant. There is a vent in the ceiling that can be opened in the summer to let the heat out and it can be closed in the winter to keep the heat in. This house has the commercial door upgrade and a square window. The floor, walls and attic are insulated. The base is made of treated lunber that will not rot or decay and termites will not eat it. This house also has the Marine Varnish Clearcoat. The front opens for easy access and cleaning. Also included is a bottle of flea & tick spray, a bottle of catnip spray and a catnip pillow.
