This is a 4-story house measuring 22"x22"x 6ft high on the outside and each module measures 16"x16" on the inside. The siding and trim are Cedar, the roof is a durable composite material with a knotty pine texture and the base is treared lumber. The inside of each module is lined with Cedar. There is a large commercial door on the bottom level for that fat cat, a regular size commercial door on the 2nd and 3rd levels and a commercial rear door on the top unit for that quick escape. There is a square window on the 1st 3 levels and a cat-face window on the top unit. this house is heated from both the top and bottom. It has the deluxe heat Module that heats the module under it with a 100 watt infared bulb and the top of the unit doubles as a heated bed. There is a thermostat right above the door so you can reach in and turn it up or down, the bulb only comes on when heat is needed. Then the top is heated by a 50 watt infared bulb recessed into the ceiling, there is a thermostat on an interior wall and the front opens to access it. The heat module also has the weatherproof outlet where you can plug in your 3 qt heated bowl also included. The heat in the top unit also plugs into this outlet so you only have one 20 ft cord to plug in for the entire house. There is no assembly requried for this house the modules simply stack on top of one another. Also included ia a Catnip pillow, a bottle of Bio Spot Flea & tick spray and a bottle of Catnip Spray. PLEASE NOTE THAT EVEN THOUGH ALL COMPONENTS OF THIS HOUSE ARE SHIPPED AT THE SAME TIME, THE LARGER TOP LEVEL SOMETIMES TAKES LONGER TO ARRIVE BECAUSE OF THE WAY PACKAGES ARE SORTED AT THE UPS FACILITY. |
