This house measures 18"x18"x24"h on the ouside and aprox. 13"x14"x13"h on the inside. If you need it bigger order the " Make It Large" option.

This is a heated house (regular size) that includes the following most popular upgrades, commercial door ($19 value), infared bulb ($9.95 value),and a window ($15 value). The base is made of treated lumber, the floor, walls and attic are all insulated. the house is heated by an infared bulb recessed into the ceiling so it's out of Kitty's way.There is an adjustable thermostat right inside the door. the bulb only comes on when heat is needed. The front opens for easy access and cleaning.

Weatherproof outlet

WOOD HOUSES ONLY, NOT THE TREE STUMP HOUSE. Order this option with your heated house if you anticipate getting another heated house in the future or would like to plug in a heated water bowl or both. Weather proof outlet is installed on the back of the house and has 2 outlets with a plastic hinged cover to protect from the elements. The cords are much more organized this way.

Make It Cedar

This option makes the siding and trim all Cedar on the house.The roof and access door are made of a more durable composite material and stained the color of Cedar. If you order the cedar it is not painted we simply apply a clear sealer to bring out the beauty of the wood. PLEASE NOTE YOU MUST ORDER THE HOUSE ABOVE ALONG WITH THIS OPTION TO MAKE IT CEDAR.

MARINE VARNISH CLEARCOAT

Several coats of Marine Varnish are applied that will extend the life of the finish of your Kitty house. It adds a high gloss glass like finish that stands up to the weather and UV rays. Please add 2 days to shipping time when ordering this option. PLEASE NOTE, WE DO NOT APPLY THE VARNISH OVER ANY SHADE OF WHITE BECAUSE IT HAS A TINT TO IT, THE WHITE WILL BE MASKED OFF.

MAKE IT LARGE

FOR WOOD HOUSES ONLY NOT THE TREE STUMP HOUSE OR THE ECONO. ADD THIS OPTION TO A HOUSE AND Get 40% more floor space, the large measures 21"x21"x25"h on the outside and 16"x16"x12" on the inside. The large has aprox. 256 sq. inches of floor space compare to 169 sq. inches in the regular house. .THIS IS AS LARGE AS WE CAN GO BECAUSE OF SHIPPING PROBLEMS. Please note that all houses come with the standard 6" doors, if you have a very large oversize cat he might not fit! There is a large door upgrade.Price includes extra shipping charges associated with larger heavier houses.
