Overall dimensions are 21"x21"x40"H on the outside and inside each module measures aprox. 16"x16"x12"H. House is completely insulated and has carpet on all interior surfaces.The floor is vinyl with removable carpet on top. There are 2 upgraded doors one at each level and there is an opening in the floor for Kitty to travel up and down on the inside. The house is heated by a 100 watt infrared bulb that screws into a recessed light fixture in the ceiling of the top module. There is an adjustable thermostat mounted on the wall so the bulb only comes on when heat is needed. The top module has an access door to read the thermometer mounted on the back wall and to adjust the thermostat.THEN THERE IS A HEATED PAD ON THE BOTTOM LEVEL.
