 IN STOCK- This is a regular size house measuring 21"x21"x22"h on the outside and 16"x18"x13"h on the inside. The floor is VINYL with a piece of removable carpet on top. The floor, walls and attic are insulated. The interior walls are Cedar. The house is heated by a 60 watt Ceramic Heat Emitter installed into a recessed light fixture in the ceiling, so it is out of the way. There is an adjustable thermostat mounted inside the door, the Heat Emitter only comes on when heat is needed. This house has Two Large doors. The house comes with a 20 ft cord removable cord that can be safely stored during the summer. The front of the house opens for easy access and cleaning. The siding and trim are Cedar and finished with a Spar Urethane Clearcoat. Also includes a weatherproof outlet mounted on the back and a Heated Stainless Feeder and a Heated Pad under the carpet.
