-This is a LARGE size heated cat house. It measures 21"x21"x23h" on the outside and 16"x17"x14"h on the inside. It has carpet on all the interior walls and floor. This house includes 2 large doors. House has a 20 ft cord DETACHABLE CORD THAT CAN BE REMOVED AND SAFELY STORED DURING THE SUMMER. The base is treated lumber that will not rot or decay. The front of the house opens for easy access and cleaning. The house is heated with a 60 watt Ceramic Heat Emitter installed in a recessed light fixture in the ceiling so it is out of Kitty's way also has an aluminum grill for Kitty's protection. Includes the upgraded adjustable thermostat right inside the door. The bulb only comes on when heat is needed. Also includes a self warming fleece for even more warmth and comfort. The trim is painted Mark Twain Brown and the siding is painted Mushroom Gray.
