This house has 2 large doors that fit the biggest Cat. House has a 18 ft cord. The base is treated lumber that will not rot or decay. The front of the house opens for easy access and cleaning. The house is heated with a 60 watt Ceramic Heat Emitter installed in a recessed light fixture in the ceiling, so it is out of Kitty's way also has an aluminum grill for Kitty's protection. Includes the upgraded adjustable thermostat right inside the door. The bulb only comes on when heat is needed. The siding is painted Ancient Burgundy and the trim is painted Light Blue.
