 IN STOCK------This is a large size heated Cedar house, measures 21"x21"x25"H on the outside and 16"x17"x15"H on the inside. The floor is vinyl with a heated cushion on top that is covered with a Leopard Fabric. All interior walls are lined with Cedar. The floor, walls and attic are insulated. The house is heated with a 50 watt heat emitter that is recessed into the ceiling. This house has the upgraded thermostat that you can set and forget. The same thermostat controls both the heat emitter and the heated cushion. Includes a 20ft detachable cord that can be removed and safely stored during the summer. The front of the house opens for easy access and cleaning. House has a square window and a 2 Large Doors that will fit the biggest cat, one on the front and one on the side. The siding & Trim are Cedar and finished with a Spar Urethane Clearcoat.
